Background of the fund set up

We aim to structure the nursery investment to solve the social problem of “waiting child problem” where there is insufficient nursery in Japan.
We had setup and manage a nursery Mirai fund by utilizing the strength of K.K. Akaruimirai Asset which was jointly established by a nursery operator and a real estate investment company.
We are also actively working on raising its second fund with size of JPY10 billion.
We will continue to raise fund to source for space to open new nursery.
*The target fund is a co-AM partnership between “K.K. Akaruimirai Asset”, which is a group company of Profitz and “A.P. Asset Management K.K.”
